In a shocking incident, a man was beaten up by what he described as the "angriest octopus" while swimming on a beach in Australia.   

During “quiet sleep,” the octopus remains still, with pale skin and eye pupils contracted to a slit. During “active sleep,” it dynamically changes its skin color and texture and moves both eyes while contracting its suckers and body, with muscular twitches

The farmers retrieved the octopus and the eagle with a pole and separated them.

At one point, the octopus manages to grab hold of her left eye as she struggles to relieve herself from its clutches.
