HEC

HEC stand for Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. It’s a regulation authority for higher education institutions which was established to have check and balance and introduce guidelines, rules and regulations for the institutions.

Education Commission identifies all the laws and regulations must be followed by new and existing institution. The commission is also responsible to check the institutions lab standards, course material, faculty and policies among students and staff.

HEC also assign rating to the universities according to their standard following guidelines. The higher the standards the better the ratings. Many development has been seen in the commission since the past decade.
