Hashim Amla

Hashim Amla Early Life:

Hashim Amla was born on March 31, 1983, in a Muslim family, in Durban, Natal. His ancestor comes to the South Africa from Gujarat India. He belonged to a middle-class family. Amla studied at the Durban High School. Ahmed Amla his elder brother is also a professional cricketer and two brothers played together for Dolphins, a franchise cricket team. During the schooling at Durban, Amla was so much passionate about the sporting world, especially in cricket.

Hashim Amla Career:

Hashim Amla made four tons of the first innings when he played for the Dolphins in the domestic cricket. He made his test debut against India in November 2004. Following the four years later he entered into the international ODI cricket against Bangladesh on March 9, 2008, and T20 debut against Australia in 2009.

He is the fasted cricketer to touch 2000 runs milestone at only 40 ODI innings. Amla made test triple century as first South African cricketer against England in 2012. He is the fasted cricketer in the world doing century having 20 centuries at only 108 ODI innings. Amla is a player who has the century against all test playing nations only fourth player to do.

On October 15, 2017, Amla and De Kock made a history against Bangladesh blitzed a century each and scripted their biggest win by 10 wickets targeting 279 runs. Bangladeshis batsman Mushfiqur Rahim scores a ton against South Africa as a first player in any format. His effort led the team to their highest total but barely challenged the hosts.
