Hafizabad

Hafizabad is one of the oldest civilization located in the North East region of province Punjab, and thirty miles away from the Gujranwala district. In 1993 it was recognized as a district previously it was a part of Gujranwala district.

Being one of the oldest cities on earth and since the old time the city got established and destroyed multiple times. Various rulers and kings have taken over the city and ruled for years which was the only reason of getting established for various times.

the city has a population of more than 1.1 Million, the district is famous for cultivating rice fields and also one of the largest rice producing city of the country. Punjabi is the local language of the region Hafizabad has a very good inflation rate among other cities of the province.
