Dadu

Dadu a district of Sindh province located in the southern part of the country created in 1931 with the merger of two tehsil of Karachi district and other district of the province. The district is famous of agriculture growth and fishing.

The district is irrigated by the canal system from Sukkur barrage on the river Indus. Dadu also has various oldest religious architecture including the oldest Jamia Mosque, Gorakh Hill Station is also situated in the district.

Dudu is also facing water crisis as other district of Sindh due to less rainfall, as timber mafia is busy in crushing the trees the crisis is increasing more every year. Due to lack of flood precautions the district is more likely to get hit by floods once a year in summers.
