According to details, unidentified assailants riding a bike opened fire on the police officer, Muhammed Arshad, on duty. The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital in a critical condition, however he succumbed to injuries and died.
Doctors told that the victim was shot into head.
Police has started investigation into the case. While, IG Sindh has taken notice of the incident and demanded report from SSP Central and issued order to arrest the murderers at earliest.
