‘Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai’ review: Twitterati demands National Award for Manoj Bajpayee

Manoj Bajpayee-led courtroom drama, ‘Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai’ got two thumbs up from the viewers on Twitter.

Based on the true events, the biopic of Advocate P.C. Solanki, who fought a standalone fight of five years to bring justice to a minor rape victim of self-styled godman Asaram Bapu under the POCSO Act, premiered on the streaming platform Zee5 on Tuesday, May 23.

As taken from the impressive trailer of the film, Bajpayee single-handedly stole the show with his power-packed albeit soul-stirring performance in the titular role, leaving the audience more than impressed by his act.

Several of the initial viewers took to the micro-blogging site with their reviews on the day of release, lauding the great work of the seasoned actor. A number of them even demanded the prestigious National Film Award for Bajpayee for the film.
