In a series of tweets on Wednesday, PTI Chairman stated that the development of the Sharif family is always at the expense of tax payers and more on media especially television commercials than on the ground.
“Whenever Sharifs come to power the only development that takes place is in their bank accounts/ businesses & the nation’s human development plummets,” he tweeted.

It should be noted that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has mostly targeted ruling Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) of being involved in corrupt practices. Khan has leveled countless allegations against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
However, Khan’s anti PML-N stance got stronger following the Panama Leaks controversy which claimed that PM Sharif and his children had offshore wealth.
