Star cricketer Shahid Afridi came up with an amazing gesture when he asked an Indian fan to keep her country’s flag open while posing for photographs with him in Switzerland recently.
“Flag seedha karo apna (hold your flag straight),” he said to her and the fan obliged, after which the picture was taken.
There have been numerous famous heated encounters when India and Pakistan have played against each other. But apart from high voltage drama on-field, the love shared by both teams off the field has also gathered headlines all around.

His simple yet respectful gesture has won hearts on both sides of the border.
Earlier, Shahid Afridi XI defeated Virender Sehwag XI by 2-0 in the ice cricket tournament. The match was played on a frozen, snow-covered lake on an artificial turf carpet in Switzerland.
