I will try to improve myself further,” he said while giving an interview to Pakistan Cricket Team’s Facebook page.

He is currently in Trinidad and Tobago on tour of West Indies. Pakistan are 2-1 against West Indies in four match T20 series. The 18-year-old bowler took 3 for 7 and 4 for 14 in the first and second T20 matches respectively. He is the 3rd

debutant in the international arena to claim two consecutive Man of the Match awards in first two matches.

Question: How did you prepare yourself (in the second T20) against (Marlon) Samuels when you first encountered him?

Shadab Khan: Skipper Sarfraz Ahmed and I had talked about it. We had decided to deliver mostly legspin balls. I bowled first five balls legspin and then Sarfraz asked me to deliver a googly and I followed the instruction and claimed his wicket.

Samuels did try to bring me under pressure and his wicket proved to be match-winning point.

Question: I think your googly is more famous when it comes to your bowling. What other variety do you deliver the best?

Shadab Khan: There’s no such thing. I personally think that I can deliver different varieties equally imposingly including flipper, legspin, googly and others.
