According to police sources, an exchange of fire took place between the terrorists and security forces during the operation. The terrorists managed to escape from the scene after the firing between the two parties.
Indian currency along with hand grenades were recovered in the raid, sources said.
A large cache of ammunition along with large number of weapons was also seized in the operation.
