Saudi foreign minister to reach India today

Saudi Arabia’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adel al-Jubeir will visit India on Monday (today).

Sources privy to the matter said that the Saudi official will call on Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj.

The Saudi minister’s visit comes following his visit to Pakistan where he met Prime Minister Imran Khan, Army Chief General Qamar Jawed Bajwa and Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi.

As per sources, the Saudi foreign minister had conveyed a special message of King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman to PM Khan and held important discussions on the recent tensions between Pakistan and India.
