The fraud case against Khan was filed by a doctor named Farzana who is currently practising her profession in a private clinic. Farzana stated that the actress had refused to act in the commercial despite taking Rs. 0.5 million and also did not give back the money.
Mishi Khan was indicted in the court of local magistrate Kashif Javed.
However, the actress has denied the claim of petitioner against her.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till 15th March, 2016 and has summoned Dr. Farzana in the next proceeding.
