Ramazan Recipe: Fluffy Omelette

Ingredients

Egg 1

Milk 1 tbsp

Chicken boiled and shredded 1/2 cup

Black paper 1/2tsp

Oil 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Separate the white from the yolk.
  2. Add milk,salt and paper to the egg yolk.
  3. Beat until thick,than add shredded chicken and mix it
  4. Beat the egg white until stiff
  5. Fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg white until well blended
  6. Heat oil in a pan and pour the mixture
  7. Cook over low heat until it turn sightly brown
  8. When puffed,place on the top grill of the oven at moderate temperature.
  9. Bake until the top is firm to touch
  10. Remove from oven
  11. Fold and serve hot
