Addressing a seminar here, Dr Baloch said that Quetta is inhabited by a larger number of foreigners than the natives and the provincial authorities have time and again discussed the issue with the federation.
“If we analyze carefully, then Quetta seems to be a city of foreigners instead of the native castes and tribes”, he said.
Later while talking to media, the CM said that the circumstances forced the national political leadership to accept the 21st Amendment.
He warned that the country would meet an irreparable loss, if terrorism was not contained.
