Qadri vows to take ‘eye for an eye’ in Model Town incident

“I can see sun of the rulers’ power setting very soon now. Integrity of Pakistan is in danger because of the ruling family,” he said while addressing a public gathering at Lal Haveli, residence of Chief Awami Muslim League (AML) Sheikh Rasheed, in Rawalpindi.

He said people had become aware of the rulers’ vicious policies. Sun of false and void authority was going to set and very soon the system of justice would take place in the country, he added.

Tahir-ul-Qadri revealed that high officials of Pakistan Muslim League-N had met him after the Model Town incident and begged pardon by touching my knees, however he sent them back viewing demands of the victims’ families.

“Later, the government offered compensation money to families of the victims which they turned down and demanded revenge according to the law of retaliation,” he said.

He said families of martyred Minhaj-ul-Quran activists had been being patient for two years and the rulers had not provided them any justice.

The chairman PAT said next course of action would be decided on July 31 in which trouble would be created for the government not only in the matter of Model Town incident but Panama Leaks also.
