The government as issued a list of the banned groups to district administrations for effective implementation of the ban.
According to the government order no outlawed groups will be allowed to collect the hides of sacrifice animals during Eid ul Azha.
The provincial government has warned of strict punitive action against the people who will violate the ban and will collect skins for the proscribed groups.
The governments of Sindh and Balochistan have also announced bans on collection of hides by the groups and organizations having links with militants and political parties.
