He was speaking at a ceremony with respect to providing vehicles under the Rozgar Scheme, at the Chief Minister House on Saturday.
Shahbaz Sharif said that his government will provide vehicles to youth all over the province with a cost of Rs 21 billion. These vehicles will be provided on easy installments, he added.
He said that the PMLN-led government is taking measures to speed up economic activities on provincial as well as national level and it will also overcome the persisting energy crisis in next two-and-a-half years.
Expressing grief over Youhanabad incident, the chief minister said that the terrorism did not plague this country overnight, nor can it be eliminated in a day, it requires a consistent and long-term strategy.
The CM also handed over keys of the vehicles to the ones selected through a draw.
