POL prices likely to go down up to Rs. 14/ liter

According to sources in Finance Ministry, prices of petroleum products is likely to be slashed up to Rs. 14 per liter.

In a summary sent by Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has proposed to reduce Petrol price by Rs 9.82 and High Octane Blending Component (HOBC) by Rs 14.

Similarly, decrease of Rs 7.17 per liter in High Speed Diesel (HSD), Rs. 8.37 in Light Speed Diesel (LSD) and Rs. 8.37 in Kerosene oil is suggested.

Currently the petroleum price stood as follows, High Octane Bleeding Component (HOBC) at 127.78, Petrol at 103.62, High Speed Diesel (HSD) at 107.39, Light Speed Diesel (LDO) at 91.41 and Kerosine Oil at 95.68.
