LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leadership has decided to take disciplinary action against former interior minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Ahsan Iqbal’s demand, ARY News reported.
” The ruling party leadership has decided to take disciplinary action against Nisar,” sources said adding that the decision has been taken on Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal and some other senior party leadership’s demand after Ahsan blamed Nisar of meddling in his ministry’s affairs.

A big group in the PML-N has become hostile towards Nisar, said sources.
The sources said the PML-N leadership has two options before it. The central leadership is mulling over expelling Nisar from party or giving him showcause notice.
They also said ousted prime minister Nawaz Sharif has rebuffed Nisar’s statement against anti-judiciary campaign proposed by the party head following the Supreme Court’s ruling against him in Panama Leaks case.
