The PTI and JI had filed separate petitions in the apex court seeking the disqualification of Nawaz Sharif as prime minister of the country following the Panama Leaks disclosures.
Registrar of the apex court had rejected the petitions by declaring them non-maintainable.
Sources said that Chief Justice of Pakistan Anwar Zaheer Jamali will hear the pleas of both parties against the Registrar office objections over their petitions from Tuesday in a chamber.
