At least 80 Afghan civilians are killed and more than 231 wounded as twin blasts ripped through a crowd of Shia Hazaras in Kabul on July 23.
The Islamic State group (IS) claimed the responsibility for the explosions in their first major attack in the Afghan capital.
The bombings came as thousands of Hazaras gathered to protest over a multi-million-dollar power line.
