DUBAI: Pakistan slipped to sixth place in the ICC test rankings as New Zealand whitewashed Bangladesh in their test series on Monday, ARY News reported.
New Zealand defeated Bangladesh by nine wickets in the 2nd test match at Christchurch to win the series 2-0 and climb to the fifth spot in the ratings.
Pakistan suffered a whitewash at the hands of New Zealand and Australia earlier.
India lead the team rankings followed by Australia and South Africa.
England is placed at No.4 whereas New Zealand and Pakistan are at 5th and 6th place on the ranking table.
Sri Lanka and West Indies stand at 7th and 8th place in the rankings while Bangladesh and Zimbabwe are at 9th and 10th position respectively.
