Pakistani officials will record its protest against India’s border forces over the Line of Control and Working Boundary ceasefire violations.
Sources said that officials from the customs, immigration, railways and anti-narcotics departments will be present in the meeting, in which several issues will be discussed.
One round of the meeting will also take place in Lahore on 27th July whereas the joint press release of the meeting will be made public on 28th July.
It should be noted that the last meeting between Pakistan Rangers and Indian Border Security Forces took place in September last year in the Indian capital Delhi.
Pakistani and Indian border forces had decided not to carry out heavy fire along the border region and the lives of the people, living near the border, must not be put in danger.
