Pak, Ind DGMOs agree to ease up border tension

According to Inter-Services Public Relations, the military’s public affairs wing, both the sides agreed to ease tension on Line of Control and Working Boundary.

On August 24, two civilians were killed in firing by Indian forces along Working Boundary in Sialkot. Cross border firing by India has injured scores if civilians in the days gone by.

However, Indian forces were successfully silenced in retaliation fires by Pakistan border forces.

It should be noted that Indian forces have violated LOC ceasefire 23 times in the past two months resulting killings of three people.
