The meeting will be attended by all the members of the committee, relevant federal secretaries, all provincial chief secretaries, all IGPs, DG Military Operations, Representatives of Intelligence Organizations, all provincial home secretaries and other officials concerned .
The committee will take stock of the situation, monitor the progress, take into account all the impediments and chalk out a way forward to attain the desired results as per national aspirations.

Last week, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said it was important that the provincial governments also give their input in the ongoing war against terrorism and so the centre would want their support before we enter into the next level of NAP.
A NAP implementation committee was also formed led by General (R) Janjua to ensure full implementation of the plan.
In the aftermath of the Army Public School, Peshawar attack in 2014, the government started NAP in the country after all key political parties nodded in agreement to have such a plan that could deal with terrorism without losing precious lives.
