According to details, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan today held a telephonic conversation with DG Rangers, Major General Bilal Akbar and held consultation over making the operation in Karachi more effective.
The interior minister assured Gen Akbar that all hurdles in the way of operation against terrorists and criminals in Karachi will be removed.
He said the operation will be made more effective in days to come and that it is backed by people all over the country.
The minister also expressed satisfaction over Rangers and police performance in the megapolis.
