Enforcement Directorate, in the charge sheet against Sukesh Chandrashekhar in the INR 200 million extortion case against the suspect, claimed she received the amount in two installments.
“During the first meeting in April 2018, the accused Pinky Irani received an amount to the tune of INR 10 lakh in cash from Sukesh Chandrasekhar, out of which she gave cash to the tune of Rs. 1.5 lakh to Nikita Tamboli,” the directorate stated in the charge sheet. “On the second occasion, after two to three weeks of her first meeting, she went alone to meet Sukesh Chandrasekhar where she was given cash to the tune of INR 2 lakh and one Gucci Bag by the accused Sukesh Chandrasekhar.”

Moreover, Nikki Tamboli’s fellow celebrities Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi – accused of receiving expensive gifts from the conman – came to the questioning on Wednesday and Thursday.
It is pertinent to mention that the prime accused of the high-profile money-laundering and extortion case, conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar is currently in jail. He has involved in several similar crimes.
