The alert specifically mentioned threats to the life of NAB Sindh officials investigating Dr Asim case and land grabbing in the megapolis.
The agencies forwarded the alert to Sindh Home Department, Inspector General (IG) Sindh, NAB, Rangers and the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD).
The authorities concerned were advised to take measures to preempt any untoward incident.
