According to details, the bomb was planted inside a motorcycle parked outside the office of Balochistan National Party-Awami (BNPA). As a result of the blast, BNPA official, Shahid Baloch and National Party’s district president, Yar Muhammad Bangalzai were injured along with six others.
The injured also included two children. All the eight wounded persons were immediately shifted to the Civil Hospital, for medical attention.
Police told that two cars and three motorcycles were also destroyed due to the explosion.
Meanwhile, a case has been registered against unknown culprits and an investigation into the event is also underway.
