Mahira Khan will be seen opposite to Shah Rukh Khan in an action-thriller flick Raees which also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
The flick is being directed by Rahul Dholakia and is scheduled to be released on Eid-ul-Fitr in 2016.
Mahira Khan expressed her feelings on social media website Twitter on which she tweeted “My nerves weren’t being kind, but @iamsrk was.. !Got through the first scene.. #Raees”.
The film is set in the 80s and centres around Khan who plays the role of a bootlegger while Mahira portrays the character of a Muslim girl.
