Lyari boxing girls aim to make the country proud

KARACHI: Sindh Rangers and Boxing Association organized Free Lyari Girls Boxing Bhampionship. Over 50 female boxers participated in the event.

The first day of championship started with the young girls match where they showcased blistering talent with their powerful punches.

Showcasing their boxing skills in the ring, the boxing girls of Lyari enthralled the audiences with their expertise. They aim to make their families and country proud by following the passion of boxing.

Pakistan’s

female boxers, undoubtedly, are highly passionate about the game. They have shown the courage of opting for a sport which many would not even think due to fears of injuries and other social boundaries.

Boxing is passionately followed in Pakistan, which is why the country has produced athletes that have earned adulation on the international stage as well.

During last year, three female boxers named Houshleem, Rukhsana and Sofia made history when the took part in South Asian games.
