In the hearing, Prosecutor informed the court that the case against AML President for spreading anarchy has been filed and action is being taken against him according to the law.
The petitioner said that the case has been filed against Rasheed but he is not being arrested.
He also pleaded to the court to issue orders against PTI’s rally on Sunday as it will spread anarchy in the country.
LHC bench remarked that why the court is being dragged into the issue if the government is not stopping the party’s rally in Islamabad.
The court adjourned contempt of court hearing against PTI and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) leaders Imran Khan and Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri till third December.
