Lahore roof collapse leaves five labourers injured

The workers were asleep when the roof of a shop, located at Lahore’s Kot Lakhpat, came tumbling down on them.

Rescue workers arrived at the scene and recovered the wounded labourers from the debris. The victims were rushed to General Hospital for treatment of their injuries.

Hospital sources said that the condition of the injured labourers is out of danger.

Police said that the roof collapsed as it was in a dilapidated condition.
