ISLAMABAD: Imran Khan, Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI), on Monday, met party’s legal team countering government’s stance over the infamous Panama Papers Leak ahead of the case hearing at the Supreme Court.
Party sources informed ARY News that the PTI’s legal team comprising Naeem Bukhari, Malika Bukhari and others met Khan along with Secretary General Jahangir Tareen today and evaluated their preparedness for the high-profile.

In the last hearing earlier this month, the prime minister and his children had challenged the legality of PTI’s documentary evidence in front of a five-member larger SC bench headed by Chief Justice Pakistan Anwar Zaheer Jamali.
The apex court had observed that would it only hear the Panamagate case about the acquisition of foreign properties by Sharif family and sought details regarding the purchase of London flats with documentary evidence in the next hearing.
PTI’s former lead counsel Hamid Khan refused to represent the party recently following reported criticism from various quarters within the party over alleged poor performance.
