The bus driver who didn’t sleep for 23 hours took wrong turn resulting in the deadly accident, the highway authority said in its initial findings on the accident.
At least 60 persons died and dozens other were injured in the accident near Theri in district Khairpur on Tuesday.
The condition of the road was satisfactory, the highway authority claimed in its report.
