Karachi: Two die in firing near Gol Market mosque

KARACHI: A firing incident outside a mosque near Nazimabad Gol Market claimed two lives and one person was injured, ARY News reported on Friday. 

Indiscriminate firing by unknown gunmen caused panic and harrassment in the area. 

According to reports unidentified gunmen on motorbikes opened fire as worshippers left the mosque after Friday prayers.

The bodies and the injured were taken to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

The dead men identified as Hamid and Khalid, were said to be the residents of the same area.

The markets and shopping centres of the area were closed after the firing incident.
