Hollywood actress and singer Jennifer Lopez shared tips on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The ‘Waiting for Tonight‘ singer, in an interview with PEOPLE magazine, said a healthy lifestyle is about one taking care of themselves. 

“For me, [a] healthy lifestyle is about self-care,” she said. “Working out regularly with some consistency, taking care of your skin…” 

She shed light on the importance of drinking water, meditation, getting enough sleep, and maintaining mind, body and soul.

“I always feel like, okay, if I’m feeling too tired, what am I neglecting? Am I neglecting my sleep? Am I not working out

consistently? Have I let that go? Do I need to get back on that? Whatever it is, or am I not drinking enough water? Why do I feel this way? If something’s off, just check the basics, and for me that that always works,” the ‘Shotgun Wedding’ star said.

The celebrity went on to say that maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be a tough ask, adding that living with unhealthy habits and environment lead to many health problems.

“We have to kind of remember that if we’re not right, nothing goes right,” the actress added.
