KARACHI: Federal Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique has said that state institutions are working within the constitutional limits, ARY News reported.
He was speaking to media at Mazar-e-Quaid.
Lauding the efforts of security forces for bringing peace in Karachi, Rafique said that all state institutions are working within the limits of the constitution.
The Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) leader went on to say that parties have failed to implement the concepts of Pakistan’s founders.
The railways minister said that political parties are getting mature.
