Addressing a joint press conference along with Shireen Mazari here, Asad Umar claimed that both the sides had agreed upon the formation of a judicial commission to probe electoral irregularities during the May 11 polls.
Speaking about resumption of negotiations, he said so far no one has officially approached them, however talks could again be held to resolve the months long political standoff.
Meanwhile, Dr Shireen Mazari criticized the government for leveling false allegations on his party, adding that funds of Ministry of Information are meant for generating awareness among the masses, not for waging propaganda to defame political opponents.
She accused the Information Ministry of issuing funds to a private company on November 29 and 30 for publishing advertisements against Tehreek-i-Insaf.
The PTI information secretary also presented documentary evidences of releasing of the funds.
