Indian soldier kills three colleagues in occupied Kashmir

SRINAGAR: In occupied Kashmir, an Indian soldier has shot dead his three colleagues in Udhampur district, Kashmir Media Service reported.

A soldier of Indian Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Ajit Kumar, opened fired on his colleagues killing three of them at the 187 battalion unit in Battal Ballian area of the district, a police official told media men.

The killed CRPF troops were identified as Head Constables Pokermal, Yogendra Sharma and Umed Singh.

Psychopath soldier Ajit Kumar was also injured as he shot himself too and was rushed to the hospital for treatment.

The psychopathic behavior is very common among Indian soldiers deployed in the held valley.

In January, an Indian soldier identified as Lance Naik Hemant Kumar Panday, a resident of Orissa, shot himself with his service rifle at army’s 19 Infantry Brigade camp in Baramulla of occupied territory.

This incident added to the number of suicide deaths of the Indian troops and police personnel to 420 in the held valley since January 2007 till date.
