I went to India on BCCI’s invitation: PCB Chairman

Shahryar Khan, speaking in a press conference after returning to Pakistan on Wednesday, said that BCCI told him to arrive in the country urgently as they have to discuss the test series.

The PCB Chairman also said that the cricketing board needs the permission of the Indian government to play the test series in December.

“I have told BCCI to show the Indian government the Memorandums of Understandings (MoUs) signed by the two countries under which the series will be played”, he added.

He added that he will not meet the BCCI officials if they do not give a reply regarding the test series with 36 hours.

“We will take it as a no if India does not reply to us within 10 days”, Khan added.

The PCB Chairman said that they did not even apologize to him over the cancellation of the meetings that were scheduled to take place.
