“Nawaz Sharif’s remarks epitomise the pain and suffering Pakistan feels for the oppressed people of Kashmir. We had time and again urged Pakistani leadership to direct its envoys to highlight the plight of Kashmiris worldwide; now we are satisfied with the country’s endeavours,” Shah said.
Addressing the envoys conference in Islamabad on August 3, the PM termed support to the Kashmiri’s demand to self-determination in accordance with the resolutions of United Nations Security Council (UNSC) the “cornerstone” of the foreign policy of Pakistan.
