ISLAMABAD: State Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Maryam Aurangzeb, was apparently suffering from an ‘evil eye’ and her family made use of centuries-old ‘cure’ using bunch of eggs to ward off the spell.
And the whole activity was recorded on the camera, where a woman, believes to be Aurangzeb’s mother, passed the eggs over the minister’s body and silently said a prayer.
According to various beliefs, the evil eye is actually a curse, believed to be caused by a magic spell or a malicious eye. And it said that a long-lasting evil eye might cause serious health problems and drain the energy out of victims.
