The prime minister held a meeting with Chaudhry Nisar at the PM House on Tuesday, which was also attended by the federal ministers Pervez Rasheed, Abdul Qadir Baloch, Ishaq Dar, Ahsan Iqbal and Shahid Khaqan Abbasi.
This was the first meeting between the PM and the unhappy minister in three months, which remained successful.
PM Sharif said that Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan is an asset for the party and he has got an exceptional place in his government.
The premier admitted that there have been some reservations, but he is not in favor of making the matters public.
Nisar said that his reservations are regarding the governance issues, adding, “I have always spoken in the interest of the party and I am still firm on my stance”.
He questioned that if the government did not deliver, then how will it face the people.
