The power minister said that the government’s 650 megawatt agreement with K-Electric and all future deals will be made after careful consideration.
According to ARY News, the minister said that the government is trying to take benefit of the receding crude oil prices in the international market.
Khawaja Asif said that long term agreements are being prepared for buying oil from the international market on the reduced prices.
“We want to take benefit of the reduced crude oil prices in the world market”, the minister added.
