According to details, Ayyan was not allowed to fly to Dubai today since her name was still included in the Exit Control List (ECL). A couple of days ago, the Supreme Court had given directives to authorities to exclude Ayyan’s name from the ECL.
Ayyan had to leave for Dubai via flight PK-203 on Friday night. After the Supreme Court had issued directives to remove the supermodel’s name from the ECL, Ayyan had filed a request with the Interior Ministry to exclude her name from the ECL.
Ayyan was arrested from the Benazir International Airport in Islamabad last year in March. She was arrested on charges of laundering money when more than USD 500,000 were recovered from her luggage.
