Talking to media here, Akbar Khan Hoti said that identified accounts belong to different outfits, while investigation is underway regarding other 18 bank accounts.
He added that the agency is also working on identifying 32 bank accounts with respect to money laundering.
Hoti said that cyber crimes are spreading in Pakistan like terrorism and it will have to be controlled. For this purpose, the FIA has established its cyber rescue service, he added.
Speaking about the extradition of Uzair Baloch, the DG FIA said that the absconding gangster will be handed over as soon as the UAE court gets done with its legalities.
“The FIA after taking custody of Baloch will hand him over to the Sindh Police”, he said.
He admitted that the FIA team flew to UAE on tourist visa, which led to some complications in the process.
