KARACHI: Ambassador of United Arab Emirates Mr. Hamad Obaid Al-Zaabi on Tuesday called on Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and discuss a range of issues and bilateral relations.
UAE Consul General in Karachi Mr. Naseer Huwaiden Al-Ketbi also accompanied him. The envoy told the chief minister that the UAE will start working with Pakistan in the social sector such anti-polio drive and other health care programs.
CM Sindh welcomed the decision of the UAE government and said that there was wide scope to support Pakistan particularly in Sindh. He said that the provincial government has declared an emergency in the health sector and have achieved substantial results.
He told the dignitary that there was vast investment opportunities in Sindh, particularly in energy sector, renewable energy, mass transit and several other sectors.
