PAKPATTAN: At least three people were killed and one person was injured during firing inside a lawyer’s chamber at a Pakpattan court, reported ARY News.
Police officials relayed that the deceased included two brothers and a lawyer’s clerk, adding that the brothers were accused in murder cases but were enjoying an interim bail.
“The third person killed during the shootout was the lawyer’s clerk,” confirmed the police. “The deceased brothers had availed an interim bail from court a few days ago.”
The police further said the brothers came to attend a hearing at the court. “They were gunned down while entering the chamber.”
According to sources, they were killed by their rivals.
